Surrender was actually just a copy of MSSM (or Swish!, V1N1 is a Swish! back number) wrapped up in an alternative cover. I think it was probably a short lived means of shifting unsold back issues. I've only seen 5 of them but there are probably a few more out there as they were numbered up to 7.
